2022 is almost over. It was an awesome year for anime fans. From the new seasons of Attack on Titan, Demon Slayer to Chainsaw man, it was a total blast. Now, we have another wonderful year of anime to look forward to in 2023, which is quickly approaching.
We'll have plenty to keep us occupied all year long, from fresh adaptations to beloved shows that are returning. So, here's a quick list of the Anime that are most hyped by the fans for 2023.
Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2
Plot: A 34-year-old Japanese NEET is run over by a speeding truck and dies. Before he knows it, he is reborn as Rudeus Greyrat, and begins a new life full of adventure.
The first season of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation finished with a shocking twist that left fans speechless. Rudeus' heart was ultimately broken and he entered a depressive state as a result of Eris' letter, which failed to express her actual intentions.
The pair and their relationship are considered to be the best element of the anime, aside from the protagonist's journey, which is why viewers have been anticipating season 2 with great anticipation.
The first successful season of Jobless Reincarnation received high praise for taking an unique approach to an isekai series. For Season 2, Manabu Okamoto, known for his work on Darling in the Franxx, Akame ga Kill!, and Re: Zero, Starting Life in Another World, will serve as the principal director. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2 will be released in 2023, however no specific date has been set.
Vinland Saga Season 2
Plot: Thorfinn pursues a journey with his father's killer in order to take revenge and end his life in a duel as an honorable warrior and pay his father a homage.
The second season appears to focus on Thorsfinn's character's continuous growth from a deeply traumatized and vengeful child to a lost and questioning adolescent with no apparent direction in life. While information is currently lacking, the first two official trailers for Vinland Saga Season 2 indicate that a number of new acquaintances will be crucial to Thorsfinn's impending struggles.
We're interested to see how far Thorsfinn will travel on his quest, especially given the obvious hints that the famous Vinland is also in the distance. Mark January 9 on your calendars because Vinland Saga Season 2 will debut on that date and feature 24 episodes.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
Plot: A boy swallows a cursed talisman - the finger of a demon - and becomes cursed himself. He enters a shaman's school to be able to locate the demon's other body parts and thus exorcise himself.
The supernatural force known as Cursed Energy and the supernatural beings generated from it, known as Curses, are the centre of the Jujutsu Kaisen (JJK) universe. Jujutsu Sorcerers are unique individuals that have the ability to combat cursed energy in order to protect humanity.
Yuta Itadori, the main character of our story, is a good-hearted shounen hero who mistakenly turns into a jujutsu sorcerer after unintentionally becoming the physical host of one of the most powerful and deadly Curses ever.
Jujutsu Kaisen, a dark shounen action anime series by Studio Mappa, made a significant entry into the mainstream anime fanbase in 2020. Adapting the "Kaigyoku/ Gyokusetsu" and "Shibuya Incident" story arcs from the manga, Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 aims to carry on the ongoing storyline. The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen will premiere in 2023.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3
Plot: After his hometown is destroyed and his mother is killed, young Eren Jaeger vows to cleanse the earth of the giant humanoid Titans that have brought humanity to the brink of extinction.
Eren Yeager had a drastic character change that changed him from a revenge-driven protagonist to a genocidal madman. As a result, Armin, Mikasa, and an unusual group of heroes are forced to do whatever it takes to bring Eren back to Earth. Otherwise, they risk losing their once-loved friend and the whole universe.
We're eager for this ten-year odyssey to finally come to an end since the series' first debut in 2013. Part 3 of the much awaited conclusion of Attack on Titan's Final Season will premiere in 2023.
Solo Leveling
Plot: The adventures of Sung Jinwoo, a young and infamously incompetent Korean hunter, in his quest to become the strongest hunter of them all.
The anime adaption of the extremely popular webcomic Solo Leveling is expected to debut in 2023. The show concentrates on Jinwoo, a weak hunter assigned with defending people from the monsters that haunt the world. He is selected by a mysterious energy that bestows upon him superhuman strength, changing the course of his whole life.
The studio behind Erased and Sword Art Online, A-1 Pictures, will direct this adaptation. Sadly, shortly after the introduction of the anime, the original illustrator DUBU died away. We are certain that the audience will enjoy what is about to come when we see his work on screen for the first time because of the top-notch crew behind this production.
